Appearance: A rather assorted speckling of scars and burns line this young man's well-tanned and stocky body. He has messy black hair, which is tattered and ill from the mess of his past, and nervous green eyes.
Personality: Prudsen's every step is taken with sadness and regret – it isn't easy to deal with the fact that you were forced to kill for the welfare of your family and to keep yourself alive. However, even then, this boy wishes that he had chosen to die earlier instead of having to do what he did. Though he tries to be outgoing, Prudsen has trouble looking people in the eye, and may break down randomly.
History: He was once part of a very happy family, until the Syndicate got him. Actually, the Syndicate got both him and his older brother when he was about 7. The two were separated - Prudsen was sent to be "trained," where he was told that his brother was receiving the "best" abuse somewhere within a Hold elsewhere on Pern as a nameless drudge. And so for turns, Prudsen killed to keep himself alive. One day, several turns ago, he somehow heard that his brother had been rescued and taken to a Weyr, and given the name Fahlan - but hadn't heard anything since. He knew he had to escape, now. Although it took several turns of careful planning, he was finally able to escape the Syndicate's hold (see Kywella's history).
