When renovations occur sometimes you feel peculiar about scrubbing everything too clean. In that case, it is better to keep things just in case their old owners come looking for them or in case something gets lost or missed in the re-shuffle or for reference to something that may have personally impacted a character or for the sake of nostalgia. So while it may seem a bit superfluous to keep around the oldest of the old it also shows where the site has been as well and that is something that can't be replicated. For nostalgia then. <br>
